Level Up Your (HR) Leadership

Friday 8:00am – 9:00am

Session Description

HR practitioners serve as leaders in their organizations, addressing complex problems that impact the entire business. We must continually look for opportunities to be proactive in serving the needs of our employees, and this includes looking strategically at where we want to be as individuals, departments, and/or organizations. This session provides a framework for long-term planning to address the current picture, future desired state, and addressing the gaps to develop a plan of attack and implementation.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify the key questions addressed in strategic planning
  2. Review tools used in strategic planning and how to apply them individually, departmentally, or organizationally
  3. Identify methods for implementation to keep on track with execution of your plan
