No one is just going to give you a seat at the table- you need to build it! Effectively partnering with your clients isn’t something that happens automatically. Learn simple steps to build your seat from having the right tools, utilizing the right materials, reading the instructions, and positioning your seat at the right table for success. Building your seat is easier than putting together IKEA furniture!

Kelli Adams

Kelli Adams is a trusted business partner, certified coach and strategic advisor with a passion for aligning people and strategy for business optimization. Kelli brings three key strengths to each opportunity: a demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with business leaders, extensive human resources and talent management experience, and a passion for helping others succeed through increased levels of performance. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, Kelli has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, high tech, non-profit, and government.

Kelli holds a master’s degree in Human Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications. Kelli is a certified executive coach, a consultant for the Birkman Method®, and holds technical certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Kelli feels strongly about serving her community. She is an active board member for the Boys and Girls Club, Legacy Parenting Center and Community Market food bank, a Community Investment Volunteer for the United Way, and a leader and volunteer at her local church.
