Your Workforce has Changed – Now What?

Friday 8:00am – 9:00am

Session Description

2020 – the year of so much change! We started in the “Old Normal” when your employees were thinking hard about leaving your organization. Then as we moved into the “COVID Normal,” there were weekly changes – from working remotely with new guidelines in place to extra distractions for all. And where are we now? This session will focus on how to not only survive, but to actually thrive as daily changes make work life, teams, and productivity even more challenging. Our discussions will center on ideas for shifting to unfamiliar routines, building new required skills, and exploring possibilities to be successful together.

Learning Objectives

  1. Analyze what it might take to originate, learn, adapt, align and produce in order to bring purpose and meaning to stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Understand the impact of shifting to out-of-office locations on employees and teams, so you can generate a workplace climate that includes a safe and trusting work environment.
  3. Evaluate ideas for returning to work better than before, as you anticipate and aspire to sustainable excellence.
