While the topic of behavioral health (and the resources available to address behavioral health needs) was a trending topic of conversation among many employers pre-covid, the need has only amplified in the wake of the covid pandemic and subsequent self-isolation. What should Human Resource leaders be doing now to address this quickly evolving health crisis?

Todd Hlasney

Todd leads the development and implementation of health risk management strategies and provides leadership to the Lockton Health Risk Solutions team as they collaborate to identify and implement best practices. Additionally, Todd partners with client leaders and Lockton account teams to establish the cultural, financial and operational framework needed for clients to achieve their employee benefits goals objectives. Subsequently, he establishes metrics and designs operational plans that align with each client’s overall business strategy. Todd also provides assistance on evaluating plan effectiveness and provides guidance to further enhance outcomes.
