This session provides a framework for long-term planning to address the current picture, future desired state, and addressing the gaps to develop a plan of attack and implementation.
Learning Objectives

- Review tools used in strategic planning and how to apply them individually, departmentally, or organizationally
- Identify methods for implementation to keep on track with execution of your plan
