Session Description

Ed O’Malley will present on the seven relationships everyone exercising leadership must tend to for greater progress on daunting challenges and opportunities. The presentation will be highly engaging and applicable, helping each individual identify the seven relationships in their work and how to leverage them for greater progress.

Ed O’Malley

Ed O’Malley is the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of the Kansas Leadership Center, a large scale effort to transform the civic culture of Kansas. Formed in 2007, the center works with over 2000 Kansans each year in extensive leadership development trainings. Education institutions, non-profit organizations, faith communities, local governments and companies across Kansas utilize the Kansas Leadership Center to build the capacity of their people.

Prior to forming KLC, Ed served two terms in the Kansas legislature and was also an aide to Kansas Governor Bill Graves. Ed has co-authored several books related to the work and mission of the KLC: For the Common Good: Redefining Civic Leadership and Your Leadership Edge: Lead Anytime, Anywhere and his newest Whats Right with Kansas.
