2020 – the year of so much change! We started in the “Old Normal” when your employees were thinking hard about leaving your organization. Then as we moved into the “COVID Normal,” there were weekly changes – from working remotely with new guidelines in place to extra distractions for all. And where are we now? This session will focus on how to not only survive, but to actually thrive as daily changes make work life, teams, and productivity even more challenging. Our discussions will center on ideas for shifting to unfamiliar routines, building new required skills, and exploring possibilities to be successful together.

Lyne’s multi-faceted interests in personality, cultural diversity, and leadership development create the perfect storm of preparation for her true calling. Before founding Lift Team Coaching, Lyne had experience as career services director at Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and cross-cultural trainer at University of Kansas; using degrees in psychology and business; now adding coach certifications – International Coach Federation, Reach Personal Branding and Strengths Strategy.
