Pamela Popp

Pam is responsible for strategic growth of the Retirement Practice at Lockton. She specifically focuses on building tools and services that address plan sponsor needs in a rapidly changing retirement landscape, including addressing participant retirement readiness, plan sponsor regulatory compliance, investment menu design and management, and overall optimization of retirement plan delivery. With more than 25 years in the retirement and asset management business, Pam’s roles have always focused on innovation and quality client service delivery. She has served in consulting and advisory roles as well as in executive management.




Brian Roberts

Brian is the Chief Diversity Officer for Lockton, the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance broker and consultant. In his role, Brian works with leadership to develop and implement Lockton’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for the enterprise to create opportunities for minorities, shape the enterprise’s overall human capital strategy and ensure all voices at Lockton are heard.

In addition to Brian’s role as Chief Diversity Officer for Lockton, he is responsible for the strategic growth of Lockton’s Founders Series, encompassing the Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota and Nebraska region. He brings over a decade of industry experience in operational growth, sales recruiting and innovative technologies that transform how Lockton delivers strategic solutions for clients.

Brian is active in civic and community organizations in the Kansas City region. He currently serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force for the Kansas City Area Development Council. In 2020, he graduated from Kansas City Tomorrow, a program that prepares senior-level business leaders for civic engagement in the Kansas City region.
